We will replace a your jewelry, if for any reason, the setting malfunctions within normal wear and tear in a 30-day period. Our warranty ONLY covers manufacturing defects. Damage incurred by the owner of the jewelry will not be covered. Once your ring has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your warrantied item. If it is approved, we will exchange the ring. Refunds will not be issued for warrantied rings.
If you choose to purchase our extended warranty, you will be covered within normal wear and tear for an additional 6 months from receiving your ring.
If you purchase this extended warranty, you will have coverage for an additional six months after your purchase. This warranty covers stone loss and plating issues. It does not cover theft or loss.
